Collection and Recycling Arrangements in Portugal

Pure Storage products are sold in Portugal by value-added resellers (VARs). The value-added resellers (VARs) act as the importer of the equipment into Portugal. Thus the value-added resellers (VARs) have the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Portugal.
• Provide arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Pure Storage products that the dealer and distributor sells in Portugal.
