Pure Appoints Greg Tomb to Board of Directors

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – February 25, 2020 — Pure Storage (NYSE: PSTG), the data solutions leader delivering a modern data experience, today announced the appointment of SAP SuccessFactors President Greg Tomb to its Board of Directors. Tomb is filling the position held by Frank Slootman, who served on Pure’s Board for the past six years.

His career with SAP extends more than 20 years, holding multiple executive positions across business units including SAP HANA® Enterprise Cloud, global professional services and SAP North America. In addition to his successful career with SAP, Greg served as CEO of Vivido Labs and COO of Comergent Technologies.
