This Pure Skill Subscription Product Guide (“Product Guide”) lists features included with the Pure Skill Subscription identified in the applicable quote.

Feature	Description
Customer Onboarding Experience	Curated welcome kit tailored to new customers with most relevant knowledge and content to drive faster adoption.
Unlimited On-demand Training Access	Unlimited access to Pure’s on-demand virtual training library that is updated each Quarter (as defined below) for the subscribers. Self paced on-demand eLearning, customers can enroll and learn more about courses offered by visiting the customer education portal.”Quarter” means each three-month period starting from End User’s start date of the Pure Skill Subscription.
vILT Cert prep	Public virtual instructor-led training on certification prep. Access to one two-day class for each subscriber per Quarter.
Virtual lab access	Access to virtual labs in association with ILT and on-demand training.
Certification vouchers	One Certification voucher redeemable per class per Quarter.
Instructor Office Hours	1 hour each Quarter per region (AMER, EMEA, APJ) with Pure Certified Technical instructors for Q&A on topics for which Pure offers training per Quarter. Access to Pure’s regularly scheduled office hours.
Proactive Technical Webinars	Virtual proactive technical webinars on each Quarter per region (AMER, EMEA, APJ) with just-in-time new product/feature release overviews.
Subscriber only Community	Access to a subscriber only community.

GENERAL TERMS. This Product Guide supplements the Pure End User Agreement (or other written agreement covering the same subject matter executed by Pure) for the applicable subscription purchased by End User. Capitalized terms not specifically defined in these Terms have the same meaning as in the End User Agreement.
