Pure Storage Positioned as a Leader in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Solid-State Arrays for Fifth Consecutive Year

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – July 25, 2018 — Pure Storage (NYSE: PSTG), the all-flash storage platform that helps innovators build a better world with data, today announced that it has improved its position within the Leaders quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Solid-State Arrays  by Gartner, Inc., a leading global research firm, compared to the previous year. Pure Storage is positioned furthest to the right on the completeness of vision axis and highest on the ability to execute axis in the Leaders quadrant.

Over the past year, Pure Storage has continued to innovate and push boundaries. In May 2018 at its third annual user conference, Pure//Accelerate, the company unveiled its vision for the future of infrastructure design – a Data Centric Architecture. Data Centric Architecture keeps applications in place while technology is built around it, and fundamentally transforms data center design with the data as its core element.
