We’ve compiled a list of our most common questions and their answers to help you get the information you need about registration, training, travel, and more.
How do I register for a training course?
Training course registration opens in late April. Once you complete your registration for Pure Accelerate, you will receive instructions on how to build your agenda, which will include registration for training courses.
How many training courses can I take at Pure Accelerate?
You can attend as many as you’d like. However, you can only attend one course at a time.
What do I need to bring to my training sessions at Pure Accelerate?
If you are attending a training session, you will not need to bring anything.
If you are taking a certification exam, you will be required to bring your own laptop, charger, any peripheral devices you need (e.g. mouse), and a government-issued I.D. Your event badge will not be accepted as I.D.. You may bring your computer to class to access the slides and take notes on the session.
How do I take my certification exam? Can I take my exam right after I complete my course?
Anyone completing a PEAK training course at Pure Accelerate 2026 will receive a complimentary certification exam voucher that is valid for six months after the issue date. You can schedule to take your certification exam during the event or at a later date.
What if I want to use my exam voucher at a later date?
Exam vouchers, provided exclusively to those who attend an Everpure PEAK session, will be valid for six months
When will I receive my exam vouchers?
One exam voucher will be issued per Everpure PEAK session attendee. Vouchers will be issued five business days following the end of Pure Accelerate 2026.
Do I need to complete a training course to be able to take an exam at the event?
No. Taking a course at Pure Accelerate is not a prerequisite to taking a certification exam. If you’re ready to sit for an exam, you can register. While you’ll receive an exam voucher if you take a course at Pure Accelerate, you don’t need to use it right away. Vouchers will be valid for six months.
When do I get my certification exam results?
Exam results will be provided via your CertMetrics account 24–48 hours from the time of completion of the exam.
What happens if I don't pass an exam?
You may retake an exam 14 days after the date you completed it.
What if I need to change and/or cancel my registration for the PEAK sessions?
Not a problem, we understand that things happen and plans change. Please log in to the mobile app (when available) to cancel or change your registration for any session.
Will the sessions be recorded for reference later?
No, the sessions are live and exclusive to Pure Accelerate attendees.
