Collection and Recycling Arrangements in Bulgaria

Pure Storage products are sold in Bulgaria by value-added resellers (VARs). The value-added resellers (VARs) act as the importer of the equipment into Bulgaria. Thus the value-added resellers (VARs) have the legal responsibility to:

Register as the WEEE producer in Bulgaria.

Provide arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Pure Storage products that the dealer and distributor sells in Bulgaria.
